Kindly note that the products in your order can be shipped separately at no additional cost. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as each package is shipped with a dedicated tracking number. 2. ORDER PREPARATION

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In order to give you a good shopping experience, we prepare your products with the utmost care in quality check and packaging.

- Standard Lenses/ Reading Lenses: 3 business days

- RX Sunglasses Lenses: 5-7 business days

- Progressive Lenses: 7-10 business days

 

3. TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, allowing you to check the delivery status of the item.

You can track your package using 17track.

What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?

If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, here's what can be done:

If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, email us at help@sojosvision.com. we will try to help you make it right. Please include your CORRECT address so that we can update it as quickly as possible.

If you have already received your tracking information, please contact the shipping company that currently has your package in order to attempt an address change. Once the package has left our facility, we have NO way of changing this address, and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We try to process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we can no longer make changes to or cancel your order.

We do not have the ability to add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order for the items you want to purchase.
